Every client, deal, and conversation – managed in one place.

A real estate broker juggles buyers, sellers, landlords, and enquirers – each expecting to be reached through a different channel, at a different time. EasyCRM gives every broker and the whole agency a single shared view of contacts, deals, and messages.

Buyers, sellers, and landlords – all in one CRM

Every property enquirer is a contact in EasyCRM – with phone number, email, and notes. Messages from WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and email come together in a shared inbox and you reply without leaving the CRM. An inbound call via VipTEL shows the contact's name in a pop-up if their number is saved in the CRM. All brokers with permission see the same inbox.

  • Buyer, seller, and landlord contacts
  • WhatsApp Business messages in the shared inbox
  • Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM in the same place
  • Inbound call pop-up showing the contact name
  • A record of every call with date, direction, and duration

Every deal has a stage – from first enquiry to signed contract

Each property your team manages is an opportunity on the Kanban pipeline. You set your own stages – for example: New Enquiry, Viewing Planned, Post-viewing, Price Negotiation, Reservation Agreement, Purchase Contract Signed. Dragging a card advances the deal to the next stage while the whole team sees the current status. You attach activities to the opportunity – viewings, notary meetings, or follow-up reminders.

  • Kanban pipeline with stages matching your property sales process
  • Viewings and meetings as activities attached to the deal
  • Each opportunity has a value, an owner, and an expected close date
  • A loss reason is required when closing a lost opportunity
  • Reports: revenue forecast, wins and losses, lead attribution

A PDF quote and custom fields for your agency

Quotes in EasyCRM let you build a price proposal for a client – for example a brokerage offer or a service fee estimate. You compose them with line items and VAT and download them as a PDF. An accepted quote converts to an order in one click. EasyCRM does not generate contracts or invoices. Activities stay visible on the contact and on the deal, even when multiple brokers have worked with the same client. You can add custom fields to leads and opportunities, for example the property type.

  • Quotes with line items, VAT rates, and PDF export
  • One-click quote-to-order conversion
  • Activity history on the contact and on the deal
  • Custom fields for leads and opportunities (Standard and Pro plans)
