VipTEL telephony connected to your CRM.
EasyCRM integrates with VipTEL, a business phone system. An incoming call shows a pop-up with the caller's name and you find the call record on the contact.
A call started from EasyCRM
EasyCRM keeps a persistent connection to your VipTEL PBX and can send it a command to start a call – through the POST /comms/dial endpoint or the REST API (POST /api/v1/calls/initiate). The integration requires a VipTEL PBX subscription and the Standard or Pro plan.
- Start a call with a command sent to the VipTEL PBX
- Start a call through the REST API
- Integration with your VipTEL business phone system
- Requires a VipTEL PBX subscription
Every call is stored as a record
EasyCRM stores a call record – direction, status, timestamps, duration and the contact the call belongs to, matched by phone number. Records are created from events EasyCRM receives from VipTEL. Sales reps do not have to log calls by hand.
- Call record visible on the contact
- Direction (incoming / outgoing), status, timestamps and duration
- Number matched to an existing contact
- Records available through the REST API (GET /api/v1/calls)
Know who is calling
When a call arrives, EasyCRM compares the caller's number with your contacts and shows a pop-up in the browser with the caller's name, company and the date of the last call. If the number does not belong to any contact, the pop-up offers to create a new one.
- Pop-up for an incoming call
- Name, company and date of the last call
- Unknown number: offer to create a new contact
