Your calendar connected to the CRM

Each team member connects their own Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar (Outlook) through OAuth 2.0 in the integration settings. EasyCRM then pulls changes from your primary calendar roughly every 15 minutes and stores them as activities in the CRM. Changed and cancelled events are picked up too; cancelling an event does not delete the activity in the CRM. In the other direction, a meeting booked through the AI chatbot is written to a connected calendar of an organisation member. Other activities created in the CRM are not sent to the calendar.

Activities in EasyCRM can be linked to a contact, lead or sales opportunity. Before a meeting you find the communication history and previous activities on the record's card. Activities imported from the calendar appear in the activity list alongside the others.

Activity overview and calendar view

You can filter the activity list by due date: today, overdue and upcoming. The calendar view in EasyCRM (the Calendar module) shows your activities and tasks in month and week layouts. The Calendar module is available as an add-on or on a plan that includes it.
