Every next step has a due date.

You track calls, meetings and tasks as activities with a due date. EasyCRM shows you what is overdue, what is due today and what is coming up – so no opportunity goes cold just because you forgot to call.

Calls, meetings and tasks – all in one view

EasyCRM distinguishes activity types: call, meeting, task, email and document upload. Every activity belongs to a specific contact, lead or opportunity, so context is never lost. The Overdue, Today and Upcoming views show you where the fires are and what you can plan ahead.

  • Activity type: call, meeting, task, email or document upload
  • An activity belongs to a contact, lead or opportunity
  • Overdue view – see at once what slipped
  • Today view – the list of what you must get done
  • Upcoming view – an overview of the next few days

Done in one step

You mark a finished activity as done straight in the list with one click, and finished activities stay in the list marked as completed. You can save notes on an activity.

  • Mark an activity as done straight in the list
  • Done status is visible in the list
  • Notes on every activity

Reminders and events from your calendar

An activity due tomorrow sends the user it is assigned to a reminder – as an in-app notification and by email. If you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar in settings, EasyCRM imports events from your calendar as activities.

  • Reminder the day before the activity is due
  • In-app notification and email
  • Importing events from Google Calendar
  • Importing events from Microsoft Calendar

Discipline that is hard to keep without activities

  • Every activity has a due date and a type
  • Overdue activities have their own view
  • A reminder the day before, in the app and by email
  • Events from Google and Microsoft Calendar can be imported as activities
  • A complete list of activities with done items marked
