From first enquiry to signed engagement – without information lost in email.

Consulting firms and agencies need visibility over every lead, quote and meeting – without spreadsheets. EasyCRM brings the pipeline, quotes and calendar import into one workspace.

Every enquiry in the pipeline – from qualification to engagement.

Consultants and agencies know that every project starts with an enquiry – and most get lost before a quote is sent. EasyCRM gives you a Kanban pipeline with configurable stages fitted to your sales process: Enquiry, Qualification, Quote preparation, Presentation, Negotiation, Engagement. You link each opportunity to a contact, attach activities (meetings, calls, tasks) and track the pipeline value. When a deal is lost you record the reason, and you use that data later in reports.

  • Configurable pipeline stages
  • Kanban view – the value and stage of each opportunity at a glance
  • An opportunity linked to a contact
  • Activities and tasks right on the opportunity
  • A loss reason is required when closing a lost opportunity

Meetings from your Google and Microsoft calendar in the CRM.

A consultant spends a large part of the day in meetings – at clients, in the office or online. Each team member can connect their own Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar (Outlook) through OAuth. EasyCRM imports calendar events as activities at regular intervals – roughly every 15 minutes. You also record activities directly in EasyCRM on an opportunity or a contact. Activities created in EasyCRM are not written to the calendar automatically. EasyCRM has no connection to time-tracking tools or accounting – it focuses on the sales and relationship process.

  • Connect Google Calendar through OAuth
  • Connect Microsoft Calendar through OAuth
  • Calendar events imported as activities roughly every 15 minutes
  • An activity visible on both the opportunity and the contact

Project quotes in PDF and sales reports.

When the client is ready you create a quote right in EasyCRM – with line items (project phases, consulting days, travel), a VAT rate on each line, sections for a clear structure and automatic numbering (Q-00001, Q-00002 and so on). You download the quote as a PDF and send it to the client. Once accepted, you convert it to an order. In reports you get a revenue forecast by month, win and loss analysis and lead attribution.

  • A PDF quote – sections, line items, VAT, automatic numbering
  • One-click quote-to-order conversion
  • Revenue forecast, wins and losses, and lead attribution
  • Reports over opportunities, leads, quotes, orders, products and contacts

Consultants' and agencies' questions about EasyCRM.

No. EasyCRM has no time tracking and no invoicing. In a quote you can list consulting days or hours as a priced line item, but you issue invoices in your accounting software.

Yes. Each team member connects their own Google or Microsoft calendar through OAuth and their events are imported into EasyCRM as activities.

Yes – through the REST API (from the Standard plan): your backend sends a POST request to /api/v1/leads when the form is submitted. The EasyCRM chat widget sends conversations to the inbox, it does not turn them into leads automatically.

Yes. A consulting firm can have, for example, a separate pipeline for strategic consulting, IT projects and long-term retainers.
